Market Research: Stay abreast of real estate market trends, pricing, and competitive landscape. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance our market presence.

 

Client Consultation: Understand client's needs and preferences to offer tailored real estate solutions. Guide clients through the entire sales process, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience.

 

Deal Execution: Coordinate property transactions, including negotiations, documentation, and closing procedures. Ensure all legal and regulatory requirements are met.

 

Networking: Build and maintain a strong network within the real estate community. Attend industry events and actively engage in networking opportunities to expand business connections.

 

Requirements:

 

Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
