Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and company growth objectives.

  • Analyze market trends, monitor competitor activities, and assess customer needs to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with production teams to ensure sales strategies align with production capabilities and timelines.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and major customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3 to 6 years in sales, business development, or a related field within the FMCG industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team effectively.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and proven track record of driving sales growth.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and develop effective sales strategies.
