Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and target potential clients in the training and service sectors to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by ensuring consistent customer satisfaction, timely communication, and regular follow-ups.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving client needs to align SBS’s offerings with market demands.
- Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations, clearly highlighting the value proposition of SBS’s services.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, performance metrics, and progress reports for senior management.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, training, and product development teams to ensure sales strategies align with the company’s service portfolio.
- Provide client feedback and insights to contribute to product and service enhancements.
- Lead negotiations with prospective clients, ensuring deals are closed with mutually beneficial terms and contracts are finalized on time.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- At least 2 years of experience in the training industry or service sector with a strong understanding of industry dynamics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Consultative sales approach, capable of understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in B2B sales within the training or service sector.
- Familiarity with learning and development solutions or training products.
