Sales Executive

 

Description:

We seek highly motivated and ambitious individuals to join our dynamic Sales & Marketing team as Sales Executive. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals to kick-start their careers in sales and gain valuable experience within a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Sales & Business Development:

  • Learn and understand the company's products, services, and target market.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and customer relationship building.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries effectively.
  • Identify and resolve customer issues and concerns promptly.

Market Research & Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Analyze sales data and prepare reports on sales performance.
  • Other Duties as Assigned

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in sales (preferred but not required).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Passion for sales and a strong desire to succeed.
