Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Learn and understand the company's products, services, and target market.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and customer relationship building.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries effectively.
- Identify and resolve customer issues and concerns promptly.
Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports on sales performance.
- Other Duties as Assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in sales (preferred but not required).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Passion for sales and a strong desire to succeed.
