Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and help drive revenue growth in the US market. The ideal candidate should have exceptional communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a strong ability to build relationships with potential clients. The role involves outbound calling, lead generation, and closing deals while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling & Lead Generation: Dial potential customers in the US market, introduce our services/products, and generate leads.
- Sales Pitch & Negotiation: Deliver engaging sales pitches, address customer queries, and negotiate contracts to close deals.
- Follow-up & Client Management: Maintain follow-ups with prospective clients and nurture relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
- CRM Management: Keep detailed records of interactions, track leads, and update the CRM system.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and performance benchmarks.
- Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1-3 years in sales, business development, or telemarketing (preferably in the US market).
- Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral or American accent.
- Sales Mindset: Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools and basic MS Office/G-Suite skills.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Must be available to work during US business hours (Night shift in local time).
