We’re looking for a motivated sales executive to drive client acquisition and sales on Upwork. You'll be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals to match clients with top freelance talent.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify leads on Upwork.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Create and present customized proposals to clients.
• Negotiate and close deals effectively.
• Report on sales performance and progress.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales (preferably with Upwork or freelancing platforms).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an onsite, fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
