We are specifically seeking candidates with experience in the travel and tourism sector who can excel in exceeding sales targets while ensuring an exceptional and seamless customer experience. As a B2C Sales Executive at our Experience Center / Experience Counter, you will be the frontline ambassador for our brand & engage directly with customers, providing personalized service, showcasing Mosafir's digital products, and driving sales growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build rapport with walk-in customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales goals through proactive selling and closing techniques.
  • Foster lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Work closely with the Mosafir's Sales Team to ensure smooth sales processes and a cohesive customer experience.

 

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a B2C sales role, in the travel and tourism industry.
  • Track record of meeting sales targets in a retail or customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
