Description:
Video Editing Lab is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to acquire clients for our video editing services. The ideal candidate should be a skilled Upwork bidder with exceptional persuasion, negotiation, and sales abilities. Strong English communication skills are a must, along with the ability to generate leads through social media platforms and live calls. This role also requires leadership, team management, and project management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new clients through Upwork, social media, and live calls.
- Craft compelling proposals to win projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
- Lead and manage a sales team to ensure consistent performance and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends and client needs to provide tailored solutions.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, with expertise in Upwork bidding.
- Exceptional persuasion, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Fluent English speaking and writing skills.
- Strong knowledge of client acquisition through social media and live calls.
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Project management skills to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Familiarity with video editing or related industries is a plus.
