Sales Executive

Description:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a background in call center operations, and proven expertise in managing initial calls with international clients.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

1. Initiate and lead calls with international clients to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions.

2. Build and nurture long-term client relationships to drive business growth.

3.Consistently meet or exceed sales targets through strategic and persuasive communication.

4. Collaborate with internal teams to address client inquiries and ensure exceptional service delivery.

5. Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

1. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

2. Minimum of 1+ years experience in a call center or similar environment.

3. Proven ability to manage international clients and understand their specific business needs.

4. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (CS) or a related discipline.

5. Exceptional negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities.

6. Demonstrated success in IT sales or a related field.

7. Ability to adapt to different cultural contexts and client expectations.
