Digital Progency is urgently looking for enthusiastic Sales Executives to join their growing team. This role focuses on outbound cold calling to clients in the US market, meeting daily targets, and delivering high-quality sales performance. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and effectively communicating the benefits of products and services to clients.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets. The position offers competitive compensation, including a basic salary in PKR and lucrative bonuses/commissions in USD, supporting a unique model designed to help youth overcome poverty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make 400-500 outbound cold calls daily to the US market.
• Generate leads, close sales, and meet productivity targets.
• Maintain thorough product knowledge and understanding of customer needs.
• Work an intensive 9.5-hour shift with a focus on achieving results.
• Uphold punctuality, adaptability, and a positive attitude in a dynamic environment.
