Description:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Generate leads and drive sales through proactive outreach and networking.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and pitches to potential clients.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer preferences.
  • Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities and results.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to adapt sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimise customer experience and product offerings.

QUALIFICATION:

  • BA/B.Com or equivalent
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in retail sales

SKILLS:

  • Excellent Communication Skill
  • Effective negotiation skills to close deals successfully.
  • Dedication to customer service and building strong relationships.
  • Proficiency in sales techniques like prospecting and achieving targets.
  • In-depth product knowledge to demonstrate value effectively.
