Key Responsibilities:

  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, bringing in new B2B clients from prioritized segments
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop lasting relationships with clients, leveraging customer feedback to improve satisfaction and loyalty
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with the call center & delivery department to ensure timely order fulfillment and a high-quality customer experience
  • Market Awareness & Research: Stay informed on market trends, with a focus on small horeca clients, coffee shops, and general trade. Identify potential clients and maintain competitive awareness
  • Presentable & Persuasive Sales Skills: Exhibit strong presentation skills, demonstrating a professional, convincing manner to impress and engage clients
