Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automobiles, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach.
• Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of Toyota products, features, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
• Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations and product demonstrations, showcasing the benefits of our vehicles.
• Negotiation: Negotiate sales terms and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Follow-Up: Maintain contact with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions, and report on sales performance.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Valid driver’s license.
