We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Sales Executive to join our expanding team. This is a commission-based role ideal for a motivated individual looking to grow their career in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify & Engage: Proactively research, identify, and reach out to potential clients using various channels like cold-calling, email marketing, and social media.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging product demos, showcasing FigureFlux’s unique features, and helping clients understand the value of our ERP system.
- Lead Nurturing: Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to guide them through the sales funnel.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and the evolving needs of SMBs.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets in a competitive, commission-driven environment.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to develop and refine sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0-1 year of experience in sales or a related role (Tech sales is a plus!).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Self-starter, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Tech-savvy with a good understanding of cloud-based solutions.
- Fluency in English is must
