Sales Executive

 

Description:

The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new business opportunities. By using a consultative sales approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

 

Responsibilities

  • Consistently achieve and surpass assigned sales targets.
  • Successfully create business opportunities from new and existing customer accounts.
  • Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives to secure favorable agreements.
  • Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Achieve volume-based targets for LCL, FCL, and air freight services.
  • Negotiate and close deals effectively to maximize profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.

 

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of sales experience (industry-specific experience preferred)
  • Proven track record of meeting/surpassing sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
