Description:
The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new business opportunities. By using a consultative sales approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
Responsibilities

- Achieve volume-based targets for LCL, FCL, and air freight services.
- Negotiate and close deals effectively to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of sales experience (industry-specific experience preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting/surpassing sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
