Description:
As a Telesales Representative at Technopole Industries, you will play a crucial role in our sales team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients and generating leads through phone calls. Your primary objective will be to establish and maintain strong customer relationships while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services.
- Identify and qualify sales leads, understanding customer needs and preferences.
- Explain the features and benefits of our products/services to potential clients.
- Close sales deals and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
- Continuously improve your sales techniques through training and feedback.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (additional languages a plus).
- Proven experience in telesales or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
