- **Negotiations**: Handle negotiations between buyers and sellers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

- **Sales Strategy**: Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop strategies to meet sales targets.

- **Documentation**: Assist in preparing legal documents such as purchase agreements, contracts, and leases.

**Qualifications:**
