Description:
As a Cold Calling Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, reaching out to them via phone, and introducing them to our products/services. Your goal will be to generate leads, qualify prospects, and set up meetings or demos for the senior sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers to introduce and sell our products/services.
- Identify decision-makers and engage in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and pain points.
- Qualify leads and determine their potential to convert into sales opportunities.
- Schedule appointments, demos, or follow-up calls for the senior sales team.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls and interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
- Follow up with prospects who have expressed interest to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and market conditions.
- Collaborate with the sales teams to optimize outreach strategies.
- Provide feedback on customer responses and any challenges faced during calls.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in cold calling or telemarketing, preferably in a sales-focused role.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient and positive.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
