Sales Executive

 

Description:

As a Cold Calling Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, reaching out to them via phone, and introducing them to our products/services. Your goal will be to generate leads, qualify prospects, and set up meetings or demos for the senior sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers to introduce and sell our products/services.
  • Identify decision-makers and engage in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and pain points.
  • Qualify leads and determine their potential to convert into sales opportunities.
  • Schedule appointments, demos, or follow-up calls for the senior sales team.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
  • Follow up with prospects who have expressed interest to ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and market conditions.
  • Collaborate with the sales teams to optimize outreach strategies.
  • Provide feedback on customer responses and any challenges faced during calls.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in cold calling or telemarketing, preferably in a sales-focused role.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient and positive.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
