Sales Executive

 

Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our solution software services to potential clients via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels. The role requires a deep understanding of software solutions and the ability to convey the value of our services effectively to prospective clients.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Sales Calls: Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients to introduce and promote our services.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and researching prospective clients.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our solution software offerings and services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a positive customer experience and fostering long-term business partnerships.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations to potential clients, tailored to their specific needs and requirements.
  • Follow-Up: Provide timely follow-up with clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have and guiding them through the sales process.
  • Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using CRM software.
  • Market Feedback: Gather and report market feedback, customer needs, and competitor activities to help refine sales strategies and offerings.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team, marketing department, and technical experts to ensure a seamless sales process and customer satisfaction.

 

Experience:

Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role, ideally within the software or IT services industry. Familiarity with software sales solutions is highly desirable.

  • Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts.
