Description:

As a Sales Executive at Syed Travel & Tours, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by promoting and selling our travel packages, services, and products to prospective clients. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your primary objective will be to meet and exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional service to our clients.

𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
Actively generate leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, referrals, and social media to achieve sales targets.
𝐂𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget constraints, and tailor travel packages accordingly.
𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 𝐊𝐧𝐨𝐰𝐥𝐞𝐝𝐠𝐞:
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our travel destinations, services, and products to effectively communicate features, advantages, and benefits to clients.
𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐚𝐥 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:
Prepare and present customized travel itineraries, proposals, and quotations to clients, addressing their specific requirements and preferences.
𝐁𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:
Manage the end-to-end booking process including reservations, ticketing, accommodations, transportation, and other travel-related services, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business, referrals, and positive word-of-mouth.
𝐂𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞:
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle and beyond, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to identify opportunities for business growth and innovation.
𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, bookings, and revenue generation, and prepare regular sales reports for management review.
𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
Collaborate with colleagues in marketing, operations, and customer service departments to optimize sales strategies, enhance customer experiences, and achieve organizational goals.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in the travel industry.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent customer service orientation with a passion for travel. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in using sales CRM software and other relevant technology tools.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, industry events, or training sessions.
