As a Sales Executive at Syed Travel & Tours, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by promoting and selling our travel packages, services, and products to prospective clients. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your primary objective will be to meet and exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Actively generate leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, referrals, and social media to achieve sales targets.

Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget constraints, and tailor travel packages accordingly.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our travel destinations, services, and products to effectively communicate features, advantages, and benefits to clients.
๐๐ซ๐จ๐ฉ๐จ๐ฌ๐š๐ฅ ๐ƒ๐ž๐ฏ๐ž๐ฅ๐จ๐ฉ๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ:
Prepare and present customized travel itineraries, proposals, and quotations to clients, addressing their specific requirements and preferences.

Manage the end-to-end booking process including reservations, ticketing, accommodations, transportation, and other travel-related services, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business, referrals, and positive word-of-mouth.

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle and beyond, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
โ€ข Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in the travel industry.
โ€ข Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
โ€ข Excellent customer service orientation with a passion for travel. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
โ€ข Proficiency in using sales CRM software and other relevant technology tools.
โ€ข Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, industry events, or training sessions.
