Befiler Pvt. Limited is actively in search of a 'Sales Executive' with a passion for sales to join our Sales Department.

Responsibilities

Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers

Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

Reach out to customer leads through cold calling

Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

Document all call information according to standard operating procedures

Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor’s degree.

Proven work experience of minimum 2-3 years in target sales/tele-sales domain.

Highly motivated self-starter with Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills

Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills

Relationship management skills and open-ness to feedback

Multilingual will be preferred
