Sales Executive

 

Description:

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Avenue One Square. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach. You will be responsible for driving sales of our apartments, building and maintaining relationships with potential buyers, and ensuring a seamless sales process.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Actively seek out and engage potential buyers for our apartments.

Conduct property tours and present the features and benefits of Avenue One Square to prospective clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

Provide expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the buying process.

Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends.

Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.

Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to promote Avenue One Square.

 

Qualifications:

 

Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the real estate industry, preferably in residential sales.

Strong understanding of the real estate market and current trends.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues.

Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
