Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Real Estate Salesperson to join our dynamic team at Ashraf Realty Empire. This is a full-time position based in Bahria Town, Lahore, Pakistan, focusing on on-site sales activities.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Engage in day-to-day sales tasks, including proactive outreach to warm leads provided by the company.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential customers to understand their needs and preferences.

Close sales and achieve monthly targets, while ensuring high standards of customer service throughout the sales process.

Collaborate effectively with team members to optimize sales efforts and achieve collective goals.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably within the real estate sector.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to forge and nurture relationships with clients.
  • In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and current trends.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in real estate sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification required.
