As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating and nurturing leads to drive sales revenue for our suite of web development and digital marketing services. You will play a crucial role in identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating the value proposition of our services to secure new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Initiate contact with leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels, providing relevant information about our services and solutions.
- Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough consultations with prospective clients to understand their requirements and pain points, offering tailored solutions to address their specific needs.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and credibility throughout the sales process.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and nurture leads through the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and progress tracking using CRM software.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals and quotations to prospective clients, outlining the scope of services, pricing, and terms of engagement.
- Negotiation and Closure: Lead negotiations with clients, addressing objections and concerns to facilitate successful deal closure.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and technical departments, to align sales efforts with business objectives and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the IT/software industry. Experience with B2B sales and knowledge of web development and digital marketing concepts are advantageous.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
