RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Executive

• Hunt carriers
• Book them to work with our company
• Complete documentations
• Follow-up for activations

Dispatch Executive

•  
• Hunt loads for the vehicles assigned
• Keep track of pick and delivery timing and make sure that all the drivers are on time for pickup and deliveries
• Keep track of the vehicles until the loads are delivered
• Coordination with drivers (and/ or owner operators) to solve day-to-day problems they may face during the transit
• Keep a record of the documents related to the loads & for invoicing

QUALIFICATION

• English fluency with a good accent
• Communication & negotiations skills
• Ownership
• Consistency
• Flexibility
