Sales Executive

Description:

Position Brief:
Sales Executive position will be responsible to develop, establish and maintain relationship with
customers and 3rd party agents to generate sales. Demonstrates company's property portfolio
and assist customers in selecting the right property market to suit their need. Develop and
maintains an in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the property market, including market
intelligence, competitor information, current trends, and market conditions.

Key Requirements & Competencies:
 Graduation or Equivalent
 2-3 years of experience in real estate sales
 Knowledge and keen interest in property sales, dynamics and current trends
 Confident, Self-motivated and driven to suceed
 Demonstrates a natural ability and desire to sell
