Are you a proactive and driven individual with excellent communication skills? We’re looking for an Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will handle various responsibilities, including answering calls, making outbound calls, scheduling meetings, and ensuring our clients never miss their appointments. You will also play a crucial role in reaching out to potential clients, prospects, leads, and partners. This is a remote position with Pacific zone timings.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, networking events, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough research to understand clients' needs, challenges, and objectives, and tailor our digital marketing solutions to meet their requirements.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, track leads, and manage sales activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling sales materials, presentations, and proposals that effectively communicate our value proposition to clients.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the client and the agency.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process and beyond, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
- Effectively use Upwork and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to extract mature leads.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience in a digital marketing agency or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in extracting leads from Upwork and different platforms, efficient in using Sales Navigator.
