Sales Executive

Description:

• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Agent to join our team. The Sales Agent will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting potential clients, and converting them into paying customers. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years working experience in the industry and strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for design. The ideal age is below 25 years.

• Responsibilities:

 Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels such as different Social media platforms, Freelancing platforms, cold calling, networking, and referrals.

 Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to understand their design needs and requirements.  Present and promote our design services to potential clients, highlighting the value proposition and benefits.

 Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and proposals to win new business.

 Negotiate terms and contracts with clients to close deals and achieve sales targets.

 Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities

• Requirements:

 Min 2 years experience in sales, preferably in the design or creative industry.

 Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

 Excellent organizational and time management skills.

 A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
