Description:
As a Customer Services Representative, your primary responsibility is to generate staffing requirements by email & telemarketing. You will be responsible for contacting potential clients, qualifying leads, arranging staffing requirements & to convince customers to schedule meetings or consultations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Utilize various sources to identify potential clients or leads, including cold calling, online research, referrals, and marketing campaigns.

- Contacting Prospects: Reach out to prospects via phone, email, or other communication channels to introduce the company's service and qualify their interest.

- Qualifying Leads: Ask qualifying questions to determine the prospect's needs, budget, timeline, and level of interest in the company's offerings.

- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate with prospects and Sales managers to schedule meetings, demos, or consultations based on availability and customer preferences.

- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions, appointments scheduled, and any relevant information on their CRM.

- Follow-up: Conduct timely follow-up calls or emails to confirm appointments, provide reminders, address any questions or concerns the prospects may have and update the CRM on a daily base.

- Goal Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly targets for the number of applicants set and the conversion of leads into qualified opportunities.

- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on service knowledge, market trends, and industry developments to effectively communicate the value proposition and address prospect queries.

- Reporting: Provide regular reports on appointment-setting activities, conversion rates, and any insights or recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of the process.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Intermediate/A-Levels
- Must be fluent in English
- 2 years of experience in sales marketing via cold calling & email marketing will be preferred, fresh graduates can apply as well.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
