Looking for Sales Executive for a British transportation and travel management company BritRoute
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, located in Islamabad.
Your key duties as a Sales Executive will include:
● Responding to inquiries via forms, calls, emails, SMS, and WhatsApp.
● Providing quotations for taxi, airport transfers, minibus, and coach hire services to customers.
● Actively following up with customers to secure bookings.
● Conducting pre-trip and post-trip follow-ups.
● Collaborating with other departments as needed.
● Maintaining accurate records and performing data entry.
● Generating invoices and payment links for customers.
● Additional tasks will be assigned in alignment with company requirements.
Qualifications
-Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills (English)
-Proficient in Sales
-Ability to analyze and interpret data, and provide insights to the sales team
Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems
-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field is preferred
-Experience in the travel industry is a plus
Salary: 35000 PKR-55000 PKR
