Sales Executive

 

Description:

We're on the lookout for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Softech.store team! If you have a passion for IT solutions and a proven track record in sales, we want to hear from you.

 

Responsibilities:

· Proactively engage with potential Clients/Partners via chat, phone, and email to understand their business challenges and present tailored IT solutions.

· Conduct thorough needs assessments and collaborate with our technical team to develop comprehensive proposals that address Client/Partner requirements.

· Effectively communicate the value proposition of our IT solutions, addressing client concerns and objections with persuasive and compelling arguments.

· Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

· Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.

· Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

· Prepare regular reports and updates on sales activities, providing insights into performance metrics and areas for improvement.

 

Requirements:

  • Excellent proficiency in English
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the IT industry
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven to achieve sales targets
  • Proactive, initiative, and open to learning.
  • Possess confidence, strong negotiation & communication skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the IT industry and emerging technologies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
