We are seeking a Sales Executive to play a pivotal role in our sales and business development efforts. As a Sales Executive at Treadstone Technologies, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities and maintaining existing client relationships. Key Responsibilities:
New Business Development: Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients by showcasing our IT services and solutions.
Client Relationship Management: Nurture and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales approaches.
Proposal and Presentation: Prepare compelling proposals and presentations to demonstrate the value of our services.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports on sales performance.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimize lead generation and conversion.
Qualifications:
Proven track record in sales, preferably in the IT or technology industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and a passion for technology.
Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to clients.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
