- Identifying and reaching out to potential customers or clients through various means such as cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Deep understanding of the company's products or services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
- Creating and delivering compelling sales presentations to showcase products or services and persuade potential clients.
- Negotiating terms, pricing, and agreements to close sales deals while ensuring a win-win outcome for both the company and the customer.
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas set by the company.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities and potential threats.
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline in a system.
- Providing after-sales support and addressing customer inquiries or concerns.
- Collaborating with marketing, product development, and other teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
- Being self-driven and motivated to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
Requirements:
Must be Bachelor's.
Have 1-2 years of relevant experience.
Must be fluent in English.
Have good sounds of knowledge about the IT terminologies.
