*Role Description*

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Karāchi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, following up on leads, conducting property visits, providing expert advice and guidance, and closing sales. The Sales Executive will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients and ensuring customer satisfaction.

*Qualifications*

•Prior sales experience in the real estate industry or a related field

•Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

•Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting sales targets

•Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and property sales process

•Ability to work independently and as part of a team

•Fluent in Urdu and English

•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field would be preferred.
