As a Sales Specialist for our International B2C division, you will be responsible for qualifying leads, generating sales, building relationships with customers while achieving revenue targets. You will play a key role in promoting and selling our products/services. You will be targeting customers globally via automated channels. This role requires a results-driven professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
About the role:
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities to drive revenue growth within the B2C market segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Take a firm grip on the existing playbook and understand systems for automated cold and warm outreach.
- Actively engage with customers via automated outreach and position yourself dynamically for customers from different regions.
- Conduct effective product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our offerings.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to identify potential opportunities and challenges.
- Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
- Work towards achievable targets and KPIs.
About you:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a sales role, preferably in a B2C segment.
- Advanced level English proficiency.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Solid understanding of B2C lead qualification, sales principles, strategies, and techniques.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence customers effectively.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven individual with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools to track and manage customer interactions.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
