Sales Executive

 

Description:

As a Sales Specialist for our International B2C division, you will be responsible for qualifying leads, generating sales, building relationships with customers while achieving revenue targets. You will play a key role in promoting and selling our products/services. You will be targeting customers globally via automated channels. This role requires a results-driven professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

About the role:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities to drive revenue growth within the B2C market segment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
  • Take a firm grip on the existing playbook and understand systems for automated cold and warm outreach.
  • Actively engage with customers via automated outreach and position yourself dynamically for customers from different regions.
  • Conduct effective product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our offerings.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to identify potential opportunities and challenges.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
  • Work towards achievable targets and KPIs.

About you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a sales role, preferably in a B2C segment.
  • Advanced level English proficiency.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Solid understanding of B2C lead qualification, sales principles, strategies, and techniques.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence customers effectively.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven individual with a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools to track and manage customer interactions.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
