Description:
As a Sales Executive, your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- promoting and selling our company's products and services over the phone, by chatting, or through email
- answering customer inquiries
- resolving customer complaints
- handling customer requests
- escalating problems/issues to Team Leader, & come up with possible solutions
- liaison with other departments
