Generate new business opportunities and bring new customers through online freelancing platforms and internal brands.
Plan and work on the strategy to achieve monthly targets.
Respond to incoming Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) professionally and creatively.
Develop effective working relationships with customers through regular on-call meetings and identify and obtain further sales and business development opportunities.
Communication with International Clients via Call/Chat/Email.
Regular Communication with the internal production team and managers regarding projects and/or clients.
Attend regular sales meetings initiated by leads/managers.
Update Customer database on a daily basis using internal CRM.
Track and update sales numbers on given documents.
Help coordinators manage their own projects on a regular basis and keep track of updates.
Follow SOPs as communicated by the manager.
Help team members in target achievements in any way possible.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree holder
6 Months to 1+ year Sales Experience.
Previous sales experience; knowledge of sales process from initiation to close
Excellent Written and verbal communication
You are highly goal oriented and possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
