Description:
- Arrange potential clients’ data from available sources, assess, select and implement right strategy to target them.
- Setting up annual sales targets in consultation with management and breaking them into monthly and quarterly targets.
- Allocating areas to team members, setting individual targets for them, and analyzing sales data to gauge individual performances.
- Tracking sales targets and reporting results on weekly and monthly basis.
- Responsible to acquire new clients and retain existing clients.
- Build relationships with existing clients; generate leads for new business / clients.
- Create new sales opportunities through cold Calling and from social media leads.
- Dealing with major clients himself and also keep in touch with sales’ team clients.
- Use proven sales techniques to effectively present and sell company's products to existing and prospective clients.
JOB SPECIFICATION:
- Have at least 2-3 years of experience (Females are encourage to apply)
- Experience: Sales persons of Call center, insurance companies, construction companies and banking sectors will be highly prefered.
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- Strong understanding of customers and market dynamics and requirements
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
