Sales Executive

 

Description:

  • Arrange potential clients’ data from available sources, assess, select and implement right strategy to target them.
  • Setting up annual sales targets in consultation with management and breaking them into monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Allocating areas to team members, setting individual targets for them, and analyzing sales data to gauge individual performances.
  • Tracking sales targets and reporting results on weekly and monthly basis.
  • Responsible to acquire new clients and retain existing clients.
  • Build relationships with existing clients; generate leads for new business / clients.
  • Create new sales opportunities through cold Calling and from social media leads.
  • Dealing with major clients himself and also keep in touch with sales’ team clients.
  • Use proven sales techniques to effectively present and sell company's products to existing and prospective clients.

 

JOB SPECIFICATION:

 

  • Have at least 2-3 years of experience (Females are encourage to apply)
  • Experience: Sales persons of Call center, insurance companies, construction companies and banking sectors will be highly prefered.
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
  • Experience in customer relationship management.
  • Strong understanding of customers and market dynamics and requirements
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
