Description:
Job Roles and Responsibilities
o Responsible for acquiring business
o Perform pre-sales and post-sales activities requirements gathering and project coordination, research, and building relationships with new clients.
o Listing of targeted clients.
o Writing proposals and customizing each proposal based on the nature of the project.
o You may also be involved with identifying new markets and business opportunities.
o Understand prospect's work problems; propose technical solutions to those problems by coordinating with the technical team and submitting relevant service proposals.
o Follow up with prospects by phone, email, and Instant Messengers to answer any additional questions and eventually convert them into customers.
o Maintain close contact with all assigned customers; ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
o Effectively follow the company's defined processes for sales, service delivery, and payments.
o Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales & achieving monthly sales revenue targets.
o Coordinate with various team members and departments to ensure the effective delivery of company services.
Skills:-
o Excellent English communication skills (both reading and writing).
o Ability to reach and exceed quota requirements and creative lead generation skills.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
o Closing, Sales Promotion, Writing Proposals, Client Follow-up, Cold Calling, Pricing Negotiation.
o International Business Exposure, B2B Marketing Strategy, Product Promotion, and Executive Presentation Skills
