Sales Engineer

 

Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling generator services to B2B clients. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, and leading a team of sales professionals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the B2B market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and customer support.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, specifically within the energy sector, focusing on generator services.
  • proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and manage a sales team.
