Description:
eSpark Consulting Group is looking for a Security Sales Engineer (SE), you will work with Account Managers as part of the company Sales Team to oversee the sales support of the company’s security product line to government and commercial customers. You will assist the sales team with Pre-Sales technical knowledge, presentations, demonstrations, and Proof of Concepts. You'll work with sales managers, prospects, and partners as an expert to demonstrate how proposed solutions meet and exceed customer requirements.
Responsibilities
- You will run the Technical Sales relationship within the sales process to gain the technical win and become the customers Trusted Technical Advisor
- You will participate in sales conference calls and prospect visits (if required), providing product demonstrations in person and remotely, and working with prospects at both a technical and business level to show how company Security solutions can provide value to them
- You will oversee the technical solution response to RFIs/RFPs to help achieve a comprehensive consultative response
- You will present the solution proposal to the customer; demonstrate how we solve the customer's requirements and how this aligns to the customers results and differentiate from the competition
- Plan and guide the customer through the Proof-of-Concept process.
- You will provide Pre-Sales technical expertise through technical and product presentations, product demonstrations, pilot implementations, beta program administration, and ongoing technical consultation
- Play a "Technical Account Management" role within your target accounts including relationship and business development activities
- Work together with Sales, Marketing, and Product Managers, the Sales Engineer (SE) to be the technical bridge between our Sales Representatives and their Pre-Sales customers.
Requirement
- You should be able to demonstration a clear understanding of Endpoint Security and the various technologies (Virus, EDR, DLP, HIPS, etc) associated with it
- Experience with Network Security (SOAR, SIEM, IPS, and Cloud) would be advantageous
- You will have experience required in Information Technology with emphasis on managing a distributed environment supporting different systems and providing Pre-Sales support in an equivalent environment.
