Description:
The role will lead the training team to maintain a training program that includes new hiring training, ongoing training, and skill enhancement training. The role will be responsible for building the training team’s infrastructure to make data-driven decisions.
Job Responsibilities
· Manage daily training activities including scheduling, training tools readiness, and classroom preparation for the new hires and the existing workforce.
· Deploy effective training materials utilizing a variety of mixed media including live presentations and videos
· Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness and success regularly and propose recommendations for continuous improvement
· Suggest and design the targeted learning strategies for the training needs of the organization
· Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance reviews, and collaboration with higher management
· Track the performance of the training team using departmental scorecards on weekly & monthly basis
· Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing, Project Management is a plus.
