Description:

We are looking for a Head of Institutional Sales & BD to lead institutional investor relationships and drive AUM/TVL growth for Real-World Asset (RWA) investment funds and platforms. This is a high-impact role for a strategic, entrepreneurial leader with deep capital markets expertise and a proven track record in institutional sales.

 

As part of the founding team, you will shape and execute sales strategies, build investor relationships, and contribute to the long-term success of a blockchain project backed by top-tier institutional investors and a Layer 1 blockchain ecosystem.

 

📌 Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow institutional AUM/TVL
  • Build and manage a high-performing institutional sales team
  • Drive outbound sales efforts targeting hedge funds, family offices, venture capital firms, and crypto-native investors
  • Create and maintain sales materials and institutional onboarding infrastructure
  • Track and analyze market trends, investor needs, and feedback to refine sales approaches
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance institutional investor experience

 

📌 Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in institutional sales (hedge funds, family offices, VCs, crypto operators)
  • Deep capital markets expertise in the US, UK, Dubai, Singapore, or Hong Kong
  • 2+ years of experience in digital assets, crypto, or Web3
  • Experience scaling AUM/TVL growth in startups or high-growth projects
  • Strong English communication & relationship-building skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
