Description:
Devise, analyze, and execute regional sales strategy aligned with the overall business strategy of the Company. Build & develop Sales teams of the region to maximize Revenue, Team’s productivity to meet/ exceed sales targets. Continuous monitoring and analysis of the sales strategy to establish effective KPIs to accelerate growth. Responsible for ensuring all business activities are in line with the Company’s objectives. Work closely with the Project acquisition team to create strategies to boost Project’s reach and awareness. Develop and strengthen relationships with the existing and potential Developers. Present financial reports related to Sales to Executive Management.
Proven Leadership: A track record of leading successful sales teams, driving revenue growth, and has a history of achieving sales targets in diversified industries, (Real Estate, FMCG, E-Commerce, Banking, Telecommunication etc.)
Strategic Vision: Ability to develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with our company's goals and market trends.
Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Managing B2B/B2C business (attracting affiliates, brokers, property dealers and agencies).
A forward-thinking mindset that can identify and capitalize on emerging market trends and new avenues for revenue generation.
Lead Project sales, selling high ticket items, verticals, company owned projects etc.
Has a history of Achieving sales targets in diversified industries, (Real Estate, FMCG, E-Commerce, Banking, Telecommunication etc.)
