Description:
Softtik Technologies is seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in generating and nurturing leads, handling client communications, and contributing to business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
I. Cold Calling
- Proactively reach out to potential clients to introduce company services.
- Effectively communicate value propositions and address client queries.
II. Follow-Ups
- Consistently follow up with leads to build relationships and move prospects through the sales pipeline.
- Maintain timely communication to ensure a high conversion rate.
III. Emailing & Proposal Sending
- Draft and send personalized emails to engage potential clients.
- Create and deliver well-structured proposals tailored to client needs.
IV. Lead Qualification
- Identify and qualify potential leads through research and client interaction.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM tools.
V. Collaboration & Reporting
- Coordinate with internal teams to align on client requirements and deliverables.
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly progress reports to management.
VI. Other Essential Tasks
- Build a comprehensive understanding of company services to effectively pitch to clients.
- Stay updated with market trends to identify new opportunities
Requirements:
- Experience: 2 to 3 years in a similar role, preferably in IT or software services.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Tools: Familiarity with CRM tools and email marketing platforms.
- Attitude: Goal-oriented, proactive, and a team player.
- Language: Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
