We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Representative with a proven track record in international sales and business development, particularly in the US market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals effectively. A background in software houses or BPOs is essential for understanding our service offerings and target clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Qualification:
- Identify potential clients in the US and international markets.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads using research, networking, and CRM tools.
2. Sales and Business Development:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients.
- Conduct high-impact sales presentations and pitch our services effectively to prospective clients.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
3. Deal Closing:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for negotiations, addressing client queries and concerns.
- Close sales deals and achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
4. Account Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
5. Market Analysis:
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams on market demands and customer needs.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in international sales or business development, preferably in the software house or BPO industry.
- Demonstrable success in closing deals and achieving sales targets, especially in the US market.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with software services, BPO processes, or related technologies is a plus.
- Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho for pipeline management.
