As we expand, we are seeking talented SDRs to connect with potential clients and generate leads for our sales team.

What You’ll Do:

In this role, you’ll be the crucial first point of contact for individuals seeking to learn more about final expense insurance. You will focus on identifying, engaging, and qualifying leads to pass along to our experienced sales agents.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively reach out to potential clients through phone calls, emails, and social platforms

Educate prospects on the benefits of final expense insurance and understand their needs

Qualify leads and set appointments for our licensed sales agents

Track progress of lead generation

Work closely with the sales team to optimize strategies and exceed campaign targets

Continuously improve your skills through ongoing sales training

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication skills with the ability to connect quickly and effectively

Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet daily goals

Experience in insurance, particularly final expense, is a plus (but not required)

Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation processes

A positive attitude, team spirit, and a willingness to learn

Able to work in American timings
