Description:
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a critical role in the sales process by identifying and qualifying potential customers. The SDR is responsible for generating leads, conducting outreach, and setting up meetings for the sales team. This position requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers through research and various lead generation techniques.
- Utilize CRM tools, social media, email campaigns, and other methods to gather contact information and initiate outreach.
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospects.
- Qualify leads based on specific criteria and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Maintain a high level of activity to meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets.
- Respond to inbound inquiries from potential customers.
- Qualify inbound leads and schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions in the CRM system.
- Track and report on key metrics related to lead generation and conversion.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales within the US healthcare system.
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment
