Sales Development Representative

 

Description:

👉Conduct outbound prospecting to generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.

👉Handle inbound inquiries and route qualified leads to the appropriate sales representatives.

👉Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and requirements.

👉Outbound calling and Engaging clients

Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for targeting specific market segments

👉Utilize CRM software to track activities, update customer information, and manage sales pipeline.

👉Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

👉Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and performance metrics.

 

🔹Requirements:

👉Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

2 to 3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the GCC region.

👉Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.

👉Excellent command over the English language & Arabic, both verbal and written.

👉Strong communication and negotiation skills.

👉Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

👉Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus
