Sales Development Representative

This position revolves around good communication so whatever business you work in your duties are likely to include.Responsibilities· Following up on new business opportunities and setting up meetings:

 

· Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.

· Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted prospect lists and tailor communication strategies to engage key decision-makers.

· Utilize CRM tools to manage and track lead activities, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

· Planning and preparing presentations (say hello to PowerPoint)

· Communicating new product developments to prospective clients

· Overseeing the development of marketing literature

· Providing management with feedback and client queries

· Expand our customer base by identifying business opportunities in target regions

· Qualify the incoming leads generated for appointments with companies and business owners to provide quick response times and meet their needs

· Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate marketing-qualified leads.

 

Job Qualifications:

 

· Excellent interpersonal and English communication skills.

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

· Good knowledge of digital marketing

· 0 - 6 months of Call Centre Experience

· Excellent Negotiating skills

· Prior experience in Digital Marketing and Website Development Sales would be a Plus

· An organized and strong systems builder

· Problem solver and Team Player

· Strong social skills

· Fact and task-oriented
